A little pricey but worth itAugust 14, 2008 T. Collins This was a little pricey but much cheaper than some of the other vendors. The book is exactly as I expected: sweet, cute and with an English narrator. It has the characteristic muted iilustrations so not the attention grabber of some of the other volumes, but it is a classic.
My son's favorite book!July 18, 2007 V. Glick(New Jersey) This is by far my 10 month old son's favorite leap pad book. Every time I read it to him there is a smile on his face. Reading is very important in our family and the leapfrog little touch pad makes it fun.
BoringJuly 2, 2007 L. Howard I was very disappointed with this book. My 19 month old daughter walked away after one minute. She liked the book that came with the Little Touch Leap Pad better. I worked with it for a little while to see if there would be anything interesting but it was just plain boring. This was a waste of money.
Wonderful storyApril 4, 2007 Lisa Rivera but did not hold the attention of our 2 yr old. I agree with other reviews that the age range is a little off. I plan on keeping this software and see if maturity will help when this story is read later. Might make a good bedtime activity....
Good product for the priceFebruary 11, 2007 C. Chaffee I bought this item for my best friend's 1 year old. Good pictures and good sound, but I would say that this particular book is for maybe 2-3 year old. At his age, he isn't all that interested in what the story is, just what sounds it makes. The sounds aren't as interesting as in the Winnie the Pooh book, or the Animal World book.
